Fourth day on Paxil (antidepressant)

I’m not feeling tired any more!. I’m taking paxil before I go to sleep because, those pills really make me sleepy (they actually knock me out!) one good thing is by the next day I’m not feeling tired (like the first 3 days) but in the other hand : I’m not hungry!
why is bad? you might think…
Well because I’m 5 feet 10 inches and I weight 55 pounds… which is not a good wight. And now I’m not hungry! can you believe that?!. today I’m starting to take pills to increase my appetite.
Before I start to lose some weight…. and disappearing lol
