Anti-depressants”no better than dummy pill”

I read another article from a good English newspaper where researchers again say that in general antidepressants work no better than dummy pills.
Side effects from antidepressants are always high and the patient should have choice to tried something else like exercise and therapy before taking drugs.
The study was publish in the journal Public Library of Science, the result from the research shown that patients taking SSRIs improve but patients taking placebo had the same improvement.
