The audio comes from a REAL conversation between an North American guy and a Panamaian guy who was working at the Dell callcenter years ago in Panama, the customer calls requesting more information regarding an offer, something happens in between and the agent ends insulting the customer!!. The video is Hilarius, I can’t help to remember the time I worked in a call center. Man was funny!!
