I’m from a very hot country (Panama) our temperatures goes around 37 C – 30 C ..? Summer just started in Panama but I had the great idea to travel to Oxford, UK for Holidays. It’s winter time in the U.K and the temperatures goes from -3C to 3C :-S. I thought it would be like my time in Arkansas but I was wrong. I forgot Oxford is way to the North, and the winter does not feel the same .

I’m so cold!! I’m freezing,but I guess it could be worst WHAT?!!, the only solution for a cold weather is: 3 layers of clothes, the first layer should be a warm long underwear for your legs that will make a big different if you’re planning on walking. (experience is talking here). Do not forget gloves, hat and scraf you will regret it (experience is talking here, again)

if you come from a warm (or hot) country, it’s better to be well cover than sick
