Last year, as soon as it was available in Panama Sims 3, I bought it . The game comes with Sunset Valley and an extra town call Riverview , which you can download from the Internet if you took the time to register your game at the online store. But it wasn’t that easy to download and install, well, at least it wasn’t for me.

1. First go to the online store and download the town here is the direct download link

1. On that page click on the ‘Add to Game‘ which is a green button, if you’ve tried before (like me) it’ll say download again.
2. Then click on the checkmark that says ‘Sims 3 is installed‘
3. Click on ‘Download‘
4. When you browser ask you what application to use to open the file select ‘Sims 3 Launcher‘ (Important!) and click OK
5. The Sims 3 Launcher should automatically open, and Riverview should be in your Downloads tab (if fine the file size listed as 1K, after the download complete you should see the full size as 92.8 MB or similar
6. Click on the check mark on the left side and then on the Install button.

If for any reason you continue on having trouble downloading the town, try re-downloading Riverview with your Sims 3 Launcher already open, and follow the steps above.

You can re-download the town as many times as you need!!
