curlyI have curly hair, and I remember when I was young everybody liked my hair, my long curly hair. It was o.k my mom was the one doing my hair at the time, but then I was old enough to be doing my hair and I decided to make it straight because it was too much work. Curly hair is a full time job to have it in a nice and healthy way.

In my Senior year of High School I decide to stop making it straight, but since I was using a relaxer to make it straight I had to let my hair grow for over a year then I cut it. During that time I had my hair half curl (the roots) and the other half straight… I was always with a ponytail :-)

During my two colleges years in the USA my hair was curly and it was growing. When I came back to Panama I cuted my hair really short (I cuted it myself) it was cool, very fashion (some of my friend said), it was so easy to take care of my hair when it was short.

After a year my hair have grown again, and three days ago I cut it one more time. Must people got upset about it, but they don’t realize how difficult is to have a curly hair in Panama where the humidity is so high and the weather is just not for curly hair…

I got my hair straight with a blower and it looks really nice, so, now I’m back to the dilemma should I make it straight again or not… which way is easier to take care of? that’s the question
