Yesterday I started taking only 5mg each day.

The first side effect I felt was an anxiety attack while I was at work! it was a very rare feeling, I felt like something was going to happened, I felt nervous for none reason, my heart was pitting very fast and I couldn’t stay still.
During my lunch it got worse because I was not able to eat. I tried to eat something, but then I felt something on my stomach (the feeling you get before you’re going to vomited) and I decided to stop eating… I was not really hungry after all. But I needed to do something about the anxiety so I thought about going to the pharmacy and ask for a pill for the anxiety (I actually have a prescription my doctor gave me in case I got some side effect like anxiety or insomnia), the pharmacy is a little bit far from my working place, so I had to walk for a while.

I’m still lowering the dose of Paxil, on the 23 I will go down to 5mg every day.

It is not an easy situation, especially when the lowering starts to affect your personality by making you more sensitive and easy to get angry… I have been having some insomnia, perhaps I should buy some sleeping pills, because without my sleep I can’t have a good mood and that affects the people around me.

I have made enough damage to the people around me already…

Besides the insomnia and mood swings, I feeling better than the last time I wrote (I was seeing the light and everything hahaha) I’m not having stomach problems anymore, which is good, I guess.

Due to the insomnia, I’m very tired lately… it’s not that I do not sleep it just the quality of my sleep is not very good.

Sometimes I feel dizzy but I take something for the dizziness and I’m back to normal

Yesterday I had to go to the doctor to get something for my diarrhea… After taking the medicine the doctor prescribe me; today I felt a bit better. So, tomorrow I will go to work again .

I’m still taking 7.5 mg (10mg one day, 5 mg the other day). for a month… I don’t want to think what side effects I will have when I go down to 5mg!
